2. hello it seems some people here have contracted the patchly syndrome known as number effect reduction fracture (n.e.r.f) where you immediately enter panic attack after seeing some skills lose a bunch of numbers.

Know that this is normal it's a beta it's a rebalance. Lower number does not mean a useless valk. Hoyo will make sure she serves her purpose.
