How Isaac Newton (B) Works ​

When the holder of Newton B strikes an enemy, it places something called "Challenge Mode" on that enemy for 5 seconds. While an enemy has Challenge, indicated by a flame icon over their head, the enemy's attacks deal 41% more damage, but the enemy takes 31% more damage too.
