The game log can be found at the following locations:

• Global: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3rd
• SEA: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\miHoYo\Honkai Impact 3

Copy the path, then paste it (Ctrl+V) to the start menu. Press Enter to navigate there. You will find a file called output_log.txt, send it here.
