Don't have subtitles in your CG? ​

Check if it's only one CG that's causing the issue, it may be a bug in this case. Contacting CS can help clarify if this is the case how-to-contact-cs

If your issue is in multiple CGs follow along so you can fix the issue! :AichanCool:

PC: ​

  1. Make sure that the game is not running
  2. Go to the following folder:
    • SEA: <your installation location>\Honkai Impact 3 sea\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Video
    • Global: <your installation location>\Honkai Impact 3rd\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Video
  3. Select all the .ZIP files present and extract them into the same folder (to do this, make sure you have an archiving tool capable of performing several extractions without having to ask for confirmation each time: do a test with 2 or 3 files first)
  4. Restart the game

OR

  1. Find the files in your computer
    • SEA: <your installation location>\Honkai Impact 3 sea\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Video
    • Global: <your installation location>\Honkai Impact 3rd\Games\BH3_Data\StreamingAssets\Video
  2. Delete the mp4/srt in this file and reopen the game to reload the resources of CG and subtitles.

Android: ​

  1. Find the files in your device
    • SEA server: /Android/data/com.miHoYo.bh3oversea/files/assets/Video/
    • Global: /Android/data/com.miHoYo.bh3global/files/assets/Video/
  2. Delete the mp4/srt in this file and reopen the game to reload the resources of CG and subtitles.

iOS: ​

  1. Reinstall
